Dang it, I painted a picture for my cousin Kathy's 50th birthday & I forgot to take a picture of it. Since she turned 50, I put 50 colors on it. I was pleased with the results, I think she liked it. What a great time we had watching the Descendants, shopping for a turnabout dress for Tessa & watching Tessa play in her volleyball tournament. Too bad Miss Karli was sick & did not make it, maybe next time.

I created this piece to give to the Light of the World Charity Fundraiser. Waiting for the frame to arrive. When I took it to the local framing shop Cottage Framer in ST Joseph, MI, the owner said it could go with many different frames: gold, orange, silver, bronze and black. The cost of her cheapest frame was $50 & suggested I would be able to order 1 online cheaper since I was donating it, framing it and shipping it! Can’t wait to see the finished product!

The art of taking pictures! So much to learn & so little time! These are 2 felted pieces that I took with Andrea Graham's class. She is an amazing felting artist in Canada! I met another amazing needle felting artist who I have kept in contact with - Laura Burke! I would love to take classes with her again & some day we will! But for now, I am entering this piece in at Circa Arts in South Bend. I checked out the store & it has some really cool art work there, I hope I get in! I will find out next week sometime.

Oh my... I have decided to participate in the sketchbook challenge! Highly loved is the first theme for the month of January. Art everyday - oh my... It does not get better than art everyday! Oh my I sold my recycled landscaping that I created from the beautiful landscaping done by Meredith. Thank you Meredith for the inspiration. This is day 2 of the Krasl's Art Camp for adults. They are making felted flowers. Christina Root took these lovely ladies on a tour of St Joe - dumpster diving on Monday & then they created found object 3 d work. Way to go Christina!
