sketchbook challenge

Oh my... I have decided to participate in the sketchbook challenge! Highly loved is the first theme for the month of January. Art everyday - oh my... It does not get better than art everyday! I had to close up my studio for NOW but hope to re-open it. So for now I will set up my studio in the lower level of our home. So yesteday day 1 of ART every day I started & am 1/2 done with a scarf I am making for my boss Chris who loved my scarf. She crochets but my bet is she won't make it so I have decided to make it for her. I will post a picture when complete on my blog & flkr. Time to get started.

Christmas gifts are being made & need to be sent out ASAP & I better get making some gifts. Ok 1 for a gift the other for me. Keep creating.

the spice of life...

for me is something taken & given new life. to add to or re-create into something that I can wear now, maybe not forever or when not in style but for now it is good.

Summer is only 6 months away!

Nights are long, wind is blowing, snow is accumulating & now we can hardly wait for warm weather. Seems like when it is 100 degrees we want it to be colder. Are we never satisfied with our surroundings?
