Dogwood Fine Art Festival in Dowagiac

I am lucky enough to be in the Dogwood Fine Arts Festival this summer.  I spoke with one of the directors who said they had record amounts of art work entered & it was difficult to pick only a few to be in the windows of the storefronts.
